The hotel rooms were very plush and spacious, though the setup with two small double beds in the Deluxe room was not ideal for a family of four. The service was polite, professional, and very apologetic when expectations were not met, even offering complimentary dinner. The location is conveniently situated next to Central World and major shopping complexes. The dining options were amazing, offering a variety of Halal, Italian, and local cuisines. The facilities were excellent, catering to various needs.

Despite a slight delay in my room being ready, my stay here was truly memorable.
